This theme is about letting small kids pick out their own stuffed animal puppy, naming them on an adoption certificate and creating a puppy crate for them to take home. The activity is easy and fun for kids and the activity also acts as the party favor that they take home.

Making the Puppy Adoption Station
Lay down a colorful blanket. Build the white picket fence. Place the puppies inside a contained area. You can use the suggested white fence or just set them on a nice blanket.
Puppy Adoption Table
Next to the fenced area, place a table. Place the puppy adoption certificate, colored pencils, stickers and the paper boxes on the table. This will be your activity table. Optional: make a sign that says puppy adoption table. Make a page with instructions on what to do: 1) Pick out a name and write it on puppy adoption ceritificate. 2) Decorate a crate for the puppy 3) Place your puppy in the crate to take home.
Define the space
Define the space with balloons and/or a background. We've listed suggested balloons. To build out the space, place a bulk of balloons in back of the puppy adoption station. If you purchase the dog shaped balloons, you can place them around the party area to make the space look fun and emphasize the puppy theme.
Food
For Food, we had a snack table with small bags of chips and drink boxes. Pizza was served at the kid's table.
